You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the ayalawin registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ayalawin shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ayalawin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ayalawin will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your ayalawin account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you. Prohibited Payment Methods: ayalawin does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. ayalawin's promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Players who consistently demonstrate low-risk betting patterns solely to clear bonus wagering requirements may have their bonus eligibility reviewed or restricted.
ayalawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the ayalawin platform. Continued participation in a promotion after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, ayalawin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. In the event of a dispute between you and ayalawin, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ayalawin's customer support team. ayalawin will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent ayalawin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
